Subpage not showing up

  On my site, http://www.citizensrise.org, all other Parent pages show up with their subpages in the Menu. However, the one category (Parent) of Civics 101 does not show any of the subpages associated with it. I don’t know if this has to do with the Permalinks settings as I saw on some boards but I played around with it and didn’t change anything. Please advise.
