  How to make a subpage under a headpage and seeing the subpages when I go with the mouse over the head page?

  If I understand you correctly, you would like to create a sub-menu under a menu item? If that is the case, here is a good tutorial that will show you how to do it, https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/.

  Since you already created your menu, follow the above article from point 3. – 3. Organize your menu and add sub-menus / drop-down menus
