re: my pages and/or sub pages aren’t appearing
Please see https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ first
They must be public pages – not private and not drafts.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

What are the titles of these missing sub pages?
When you hover over a page title here http://periodoncia.dental/ on the menu bar do you see the sub pages below it?Example:
Implantología dental at https://periodoncia.dental/implantologia-dental/
I see sub pages below that page. -
I haven’t got any problem with that blog, but it was my predeterminate blog for this reason appear in this topic.
I’ve got problem with this: https://www.40semanas2sonrisas.es/
When you click in “Bebé Recién Nacido” for example, should be appear some subpages like “¿Que es la Caries del biberon?” or “¡Chupete-adiccion!” but it is empty.

Hi Frannoguera,
When you click in “Bebé Recién Nacido” for example, should be appear some subpages like “¿Que es la Caries del biberon?” or “¡Chupete-adiccion!” but it is empty.
You need to add those subpages to your menu. To do this open the Customizer:
https://40semanas2sonrisasdotes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php
Click Menus > Menu (Current set to: Primary Menu) > Add Items. Then add the subpages to the menu and save. You can make one item a subitem of another by dragging it with your mouse slightly to the right of the item above (the parent item). Does that make sense?
