Subpages dont appear on site

I have created several subpages with a different parent than the main page. The pages are published, but they are not to find anywhere on the blog.
How do I solve this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need a pages widget in your sidebar to see child pages.
Or you can write links to your child pages on the page it is a child of.
There are a few themes where the link to child pages is automatic: -

Is there a way to get a drop down menu on the current theme, in my case the Vigilance theme.
How can I otherwise recognise which themes allow drop down menus for subpages?

You cannot hack themes to add functionality to them, so you’ll have to find a different theme if you want drop-down menus.
