Last November, I purchased an ( Explorer)annual subscription.
Yesterday, I upgraded to a (Creator) subscription, but found it unsuitable, so I canceled it. Unfortunately, the system mistakenly downgraded me to a non-paying member, and I am unable to use my own domain name.
Could you please assist me with this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi solostudiohk! I see you purchased a new subscription and the site is working correctly. I noticed you still had remaining credit from your old plan when you canceled, so I added those to your account. You can use those credits for new purchases or manual renewals (they won’t work on auto-renewals). I’ve added 28 credits (equivalent to A$28).
