You could if you have the ability to create an email forwarder or alias that sends mail to two different accounts.

subscribe does seem to be working now, except when one of the other administrators tries to subscribe, maybe she can’t because she is already an administrator?i don’t know how to create an email forwarder or alias so it sounds like it can only go to one email in that case?
I have 2 boxes in the right hand column (maya brenner & vida emanual) that are missing their right hand side line that completes the grey box they sit in, is there a way to repair this?
can I make the ‘twitter update’ title that is currently blue, purple?

Yes. Email forwarding is a service offered by some email providers.

I suggest you make those graphics smaller so they fit better in the right column. You can use a graphics program or the built-in image editor. A graphic 260 pixels wide would fit.

You can do that by adding this code to your custom CSS under Appearance > Custom Design – click the CSS tab:

color: #28047b;

she hits the subcibe button & it takes her to a wordpress page (not sure which one) however it only happens when she & no-one elese subscribes
also on her screen she seems to have what appears to be an empty search box above her Subscribe button

Could you please let me know her WordPress.com username so I can investigate? Is she logged into her account when this happens? What browser and version does it happen in? Has she checked a different browser?

she uses my wordpress username which is elyciarubin & yes I believe she is logged in when she can’t subscribe – I’ll get her to try a different browser.

oh, and she keeps seeing an extra emty box above the subscribe button that I do not see on my page

Would it be possible to upload a screenshot of what she sees (i.e. the empty box, etc.) to help in troubleshooting?

She can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then you post a link so I can see it.

I strongly recommend she creates her own user account so you don’t risk overwriting any of each other’s work, and also for greater security.

Which subheads – could you give me an example, please? All subheadings and headings look purple to me right now.
To make your blog titles bold, try this:

have uploaded front page showing box above the subscribe button as u suggested – I now realize it is a box to enter ur email if u want to subscribe, however I would rather just have the subscribe button & no email box, is this poss?

If a user is signed into their account, they will just see a button to subscribe. If the user isn’t logged in, a box to enter their email address will show, so that way folks without WordPress.com accounts can still sign up to get your updates by email. This functionality can’t be changed.

This code should affect only page headings on pages that are not part of the blog:
.page .entry-title {
color: #000000;
}
This should work on the “About Elycia” heading:
.widget_gravatar .widget-title {
color: #000000;
}
Change 000000 to the hexadecimal colour of your choice.
