I can’t add a subscribe button. None of the provided directions work. I’ve spent hours trying everything. Please help. Thanks.

Hi there,
It sounds like you are needing help with the Jetpack plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead. We do have subscriptions built-in on WordPress.com but they function a bit differently on native WordPress.com sites vs WordPress sites through other providers like Bluehost
Can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking here? Thanks!

Okay, thanks. Is there a tutorial on the relationship between bluehost, WordPress and jetpack? I find it confusing. Thanks.

Hi there,
The site you mentioned is hosted with another hot (Bluehost) and not here with us at WordPress.com. However, I do see you are using Jetpack on this site.
As mentioned, we can only offer support for sites hosted here with us at WordPress.com in this forum.
As some general advice here, since you are using Jetpack on this site, you can actually add the Subscribe Block to any page or post. The Subscribe Block allows you to insert a subscription form within any post, page or widget area, enabling your readers to get notifications when you publish new posts.
More on this can be found here:
Homepage
Should you need help with your self-hosted WordPress site, you will want to contact your host.
You can view the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (like Bluehost) here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
Keep in mind that you can also at any time contact Jetpack support (for any Jetpack issue) here:
