'Subscribe' button

Allow readers to subscribe to my blog. Evidently there is no obvious ‘register’ button on my pages. What do I need to do to make that happen.

Hi there! It looks like you are using the twentysixteen theme. Twenty Sixteen‘s two Content Bottom Widget Areas are handy spots where you can place supplementary content. On single posts and pages, these widget areas display below your content. To add widgets to them, navigate to a single post or page in the Customizer, open the Widgets panel, and add your favorite widgets to one or both areas.
Here is the link for the support docs for the theme: https://wordpress.com/themes/twentysixteen/
Hope this helps and have a great day.
