Subscribe by email button missing?

  Hi WordPress,

  I had a “subscribe by email” button on the right-hand side of my post – a widget that I found really useful.

  Overnight it has turned into “Follow” button , and the lovely “sign me up” button has completely disappeared. How did this happen – can I revert the settings? and how do I prevent this from happening in the future?

  I also had 3 people subscribing to my posts – does this mean they will no longer get updates?

  I use the theme Coraline.

  Help!!

  Hi there,

  Not to worry :) We recently changed the interface the for the Subscribe button. Users who are logged into WordPress will simply see a “+Follow” button and, after clicking on it, will receive a confirmation message that they have subscribed to your blog.

  For visitors to your site who are logged out of their WordPress account, or who do not have one, they will be prompted to enter their email address to subscribe to your blog.

  This change will not effect any current subscriptions.
