Subscribe links in Photography theme not working

  Prior to redirecting my site to its’ primary domain, the subscribe links were working. Now they don’t. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to be clear, I’m talking about my social media links, Facebook and Twitter on my Contact page.
