  Hi,

  I would like to clarify whether I can add Blog Subscription Shortcode to the free custom themes that are offered by WordPress. For example I am planning to use Cerauno and before I start customizing I would love to know about this.

  Blog Subscription Shortcodes can be added to Pages or Post on a free WordPress site. You can learn how to add it, by following the instructions in this support guide:

  Thank you so much for your reply! I have another question regarding sharing blog posts.

  As in if I want people to share on of my articles/posts on twitter, facebook etc, how can I do that?

  You are welcome!

  You can easily allow your reader to share your contents on social media by adding Sharing Buttons to your pages or posts. From My Sites click on Configure → Sharing in menu options. On the Sharing page, then select the Sharing Buttons tab, from there you can add the services you prefer. For a list of all the services included and for more info about sharing, you can have a look here:

  Another thing I am trying to figure out is what is a page ID? or where can I get the page ID for About and Contact pages?

  You can find a Page ID by heading to My Sites → Site Pages select the page you wish to know the ID and click on Edit. In the Edit Page section, look at the URL in your web browser, the Page ID is the number in the URL. In this support guide there is an example, which can make things clearer (if you need) and some extra info about pages:
