Subscribe readers only for page updates

  Hi there,

  I have most of the content on my blog in pages rather than posts. I periodically update these pages with new content and would like to be able to let users know when I have updated any pages. I’ve tried looking for plugins to do this but all of the ones I’ve tried seem to focus on posts rather than pages.

  Or an alternative would be a script which could send an email to a mailing list manually whenever I press a button or something similar.

  Are there any current plugins or code which could be used to accomplish the above task?
