Subscribe to Posts widget not working

    Hi,

    My Subscribe to Posts does not work. I cannot find anything wrong with it, hoping for some help here. When I try to test it a feedburner pop up window comes up with this error: The feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled. When I tried to go through feedburner rather than using the widget it inserted a small icon at the bottom of my page and did not enable through the subscribe to posts via email widget which is what I want.
    The widget is on the Primary sidebar of my blog and is titled Genesis – eNews Extended: Subscribe to posts. When I try to get support vias Genesis eNews it is only through wordpress.org and apparently my login for wordpress.com will not work there…..

    Please help!

    milfieblog.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Unified Layer (Bluehost), not by wordpress.COM.

    That site is not on our servers and we cannot help you.

    This is wordpress.com support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
