Subscribe widget/plugin used on wordpress.com

    Hi everyone :)

    I was wondering if someone knows exactly which plugin was used for the subscribe feature here for blogs for http://www.wordpress.com? I would like to have the same plugin for my offsite blog on my own domain.
    I tried to search on both wordpress.org and wordpress.com but didn’t really come up with anything helpful.

    Any feedback would be much appreciated and thanks in advance.
