subscribe2 and migrated wordpress.com followers and subscribers

hi, i got my followers and subsribers migrated from http://www.petersburgh.wordpress.com to my new site http://www.anotherpointofview.net. However, subscribe2 was installed before so the situation is that i have 2 different sets of followers in separate areas of the blog (of which some are in both). How does this affect when I post a new topic if at all and is there a way to amalgamate all into one group. Thanks in advance
