Subscriber cannot update their outdated email

One of my subscribers changed their email provider a few months ago, and they need to update their email to receive new post notices which they have not been receiving.
However, they are no longer able to receive any email from their former email address. This outdated address is listed on my subscriber list.
Is there a way for them to update their email address? If not, they can subscribe using their new email adress.
If they cannot update their outdated email, is there a way to remove it from my subscriber list?

Please have the subscriber subscribe again under the new email address. Then post the old one here and the software will redact it ie. HIDE it so only Staff can see it. They will remove it. Then subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

WordPress Staff,
I have a subscriber with an outdated email. They are no longer able to access this email so cannot update it.Please delete (email visible only to moderators and staff) from my blogs subscriber list.
This subscriber knows they need to resubscribe to the blog in order to receive notices of new posts.
