Subscriber can't sign on and can't like posts

    Hi,
    I have two problems that may or may not be related
    1) subscriber can’t sign on. She puts in her correct user name and password but won’t work
    2) people can’t like a post without signing on. Can I disable this? I want any visitor to be able to like a post.

    I’m not a programmer so any changes to code would need to explained in a novice step by step manner.

    Your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site, so I’m afraid we can’t help you with this issue here. Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    2) people can’t like a post without signing on. Can I disable this? I want any visitor to be able to like a post.

    I see you’re using the Jetpack plugin for likes. I’m afraid only people logged in to their WordPress.com/Gravatar accounts are able to like posts using that button. There is no way to change this.
