Subscriber count issue

    There seems to be an issue with the subscriber count powered by Jetpack. I know for a fact that people are subscribing to my blog, but they’re not on my list. What can I do?

    Hi there,

    When someone enters their email address to subscribe to your blog, they’ll get a confirmation email at that address. If they don’t click the confirmation link, they won’t be subscribed to the blog. It’s possible that the people who aren’t on your list haven’t yet confirmed their subscriptions.

    If you know that’s not the case, please let me know the email addresses of some of the people who should be subscribed, and I can investigate that for you. (You can put the email addresses in your reply here and our forum software will hide them from everyone except staff.)
