Subscriber CSV list is not viewable

  over the past week I have tried to download the CSV file of my subscriber list. It appears to be downloaded but when I open the file there is nothing there. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi there,

  Could you please walk me through the exact steps you’re taking?

  You should be able to open the CSV file in a spreadsheet program like Excel or Numbers.
