Subscriber doesn't receive notifications

Hello!
A subscriber of this blog, whose address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) does not receive the notification emails from the blog.
When I try to subscribe again with her address, WordPress tells this address is well confirmed, it’s not possible to subscribe with it again.
However, this address is not in the subscribers list and the subscriber does not receive anything!
Would you please help us?

Hi Anne-Elisabeth, I can see they were sent a notification today for
“Une pause par jour” – 12 mars 2021and one two days ago for another post.However, this address is not in the subscribers list
This may be another issue because I can see they are subscribed. Can you tell us where you are checking?

Thanks for trying to help me!This is where I check the subscribers list:
* Tableau de bord (Dashboard?)
* Stats du site (Statistics)
* Totaux, abonnés et partages (Totals, subscribers and shares)
* Abonnés, inclut Publicize (Suscribers, including Publicize)
In this section, I can see WP subscribers, and email subscribers.
(email visible only to moderators and staff) is in no list :-(If these lists are not reliable, it’s strange!

They’re a WordPress.com user, so they’ll be listed under their username in WP subscribers.
We last sent them an email today, so they may need to check their spam folder if it’s not in their inbox.

I’m sorry, she didn’t receive any mail, nor spam.
Could it be a too strict spam policy of her provider?

Hi there,
I have had a look at our mail system logs for mail sent to follower address you gave above, and from what can see that we are delivering email for you successfully to your provider’s mail servers on 14-03-2021 with the subject:
[New post] Eucharistie 2.0 du doyenné de Gedinne – 4ème dimanche de Carême – Année B
I do not have any delivery error reports for this email address, which would be expected if it bounced back for any reason. If the emails are not showing up in their mailbox (and they have searched your spam/junk folders using the above subject lines) then there are a couple of possibilities:
- their provider is having some sort of mail delivery problems. Please have them contact their provider about this.
- More likely – Their provider is discarding the mail from WordPress.com for some reason. Please have them contact their provider and tell them that WordPress.com has successful delivery reports for mail which is not making it into their mailbox, and ask the email provider to determine from their mail logs what the reason for the non-delivery is. If they provide a response please feel free to pass it back to us in the event that we can do anything to help.
You can also ask your friend to manually confirm their subscriptions here, where it should show that they are subscribed to your site, which I confirm I see on our end.: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/
