Subscriber emails

Hello. Apparently when someone subcribes to my blog they get THREE responses back saying the same thing. Why might this be and how can I resolve it ASAP?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First thing you need to do is give us the URL of the blog in question so we can give you accurate help.

They should only get one response back. If they’re seeing three could you get in touch with us directly with a copy of each email they receive? That would help track down some details. Thanks!
