Subscriber form not working

My subscriber form has not been working for a few months now. When someone enters their email address, no email is sent to them for confirmation. And they cannot follow my blog. How can we fix this? Thank you.

Hi there – I believe the site you are referring to is richinwhatmatters.com. Is that right?
If so, I noticed a couple of subscribe instances on your site. First, was a popup. The second was a subscribe widget in the right sidebar by the Jetpack plugin.
In both of these cases it falls outside of our ability to provide direct support because the WordPress.com forums are for questions about sites hosted on WordPress.com. That said, we can try to direct you. :)
If you are referring to the popup, you may be using a plugin called Popup Builder for that. If so, you’ll want to ask for help on the plugin page within WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/popup-builder/
