Subscriber getting spam

  A person just let me know that they are getting spam from my blog site. They have subscribed to my blog, and evidently are being sent spam that comes in, but doesn’t get put on my site. I don’t understand this. Is this common? Please help.

  Did they subscribe via email, or subscribe via RSS? There is adsense on your RSS feed, I believe; it’s the same as WP.com puts on the blog when people come to it via searches.

  I wrote to the person asking how they subscribed and am waiting a reply.

  I don’t understand what you mean. “there is adsense on you RSS feed.” what is that?

  We would have to see an example of the “spam.”

  The subscribe via email goes through feedburner, so if they are getting something it is coming from feedburner.
