Subscriber import not working

    Hello,

    I manually enter newsletter subscribers into my website.

    Last week I got an error message saying that “Your recent import is taking longer than expected to complete…”

    I waited for a couple of days and tried again and got the same error message. I contacted WP support through live chat and got no response (been two days).

    Is there anything I can do to reset/stop the import and try again?

    For what it’s worth I tried importing with a csv but that didn’t work either.
