Subscriber Import Stuck

Hello WordPress.com Support Team,
I’m trying to import my email subscribers via CSV on my site: rossanadaoudkyl4202584e6387-xfcrm.wordpress.com
First attempt: When I upload the CSV file and start the import, I get this error: “An unknown error has occurred. Please try again in a second.”
After that, every next attempt shows: “The site does not accept subscriptions.”
I’ve already checked the following:
- The CSV has only one column: “email” (header is correct, UTF-8 encoding, no extra columns, no empty rows or invalid emails).
- My site has the Subscribe block enabled and Jetpack connected (subscriptions/Newsletter feature is active).
- The list size is under the plan limit (I’m on a plan that allows more than 100 subscribers).
- I tried smaller batches and different browsers, but the issue persists.
From what I’ve read in other forum threads, this is usually caused by a stuck import session. Could you please reset the subscriber importer state for my site? That should clear the blocked session and allow me to import again.
