I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers from greenbodygreenplanet.wordpress.com to wisegirl.ahnesti.com as requested.
Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site. It would be a good idea to do a blog post asking readers to resubscribe if they wish to receive updates in their inbox.
Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Jerry,
Thanks for the help! My old blog was actually wisegirl.greenbodygreenplanet.com. I had over 1000 followers but see only 32 or so were transferred. I think the greenbodygreenplanet.wordpress.com was before I had the domain name. Can you check on that for me?? Thanks so much!

Hi there – It was the same. For sites hosted here at WordPress.com, when you use a custom domain you “map” it to the underlying .wordpress.com URL but it remains the same blog.
Note that if you had a Facebook, Twitter, etc. account connected on your old site using Publicize, your followers on those services were also included in your total follower count. However, Jetpack does not include those followers in your count. It only includes WordPress.com followers and email subscribers.
Does that explain it? :)
