Subscriber Migration Tool not available

  Hi I’m moving from wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org

  I’ve everything exported and moved over and the 301 redirect in place and working.

  I don’t seam to have access to the subscriber migration tool as described in the guide.
  Move from:
  thinkwhatyoulike.wordpress.com
  To:
  http://thinkwhatyoulike.com/

  I also want to migrate the stats if anyone can provide any help with that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
