Subscriber not getting a confirmation email

    Hi, I had someone trying to subscribe to my blog, but it appears they never got an email with the confirmation link. Nothing in spam folder as well. Could you please let me know whether anything is missing here? I asked him to retry with same email ID and he got this message: ‘You subscribed this site before but you have not clicked the confirmation link yet. Please check your inbox.
    Otherwise, you can manage your preferences at subscribe.wordpress.com.’

    So it appears that the request was received but the email doesn’t seem to have gone. Is there a way to fire that confirmation email again?

    Hello there,

    I’ve taken a look at our email delivery logs and it looks like the emails were sent and received ok with no bounces.

    It’s possible they could have landed in a promotional tab or folder perhaps?

    I can also see this individual is in the followers tab.

    Thanks for confirming. I’d checked, but didn’t look like it went to promotional folder etc. I don’t see this individual under followers tab (seeing via wordpress app on my mobile), where are you seeing it?

    Hello again,

    This follower can be found via Users > Followers (not email followers) > and I searched for the email address provided.

    I hope this helps :)

    Thanks @aleone89, appreciate your help with this. I still don’t see this person under the Followers list, but if you can then I think we are good, they should be getting subsequent posts.

    You guys rock, I wish every other service had such responsive staff!
