Subscriber not receiving blog notifications

Kia ora,
One of our blog subscribers is not receiving blog email notifications. She unsubscribed whilst she went travelling, and re-subscribed upon her return.
Having checked her email address, she is subscribed to the blog under the correct address. The emails are not going through to her junk inbox. She is using gmail, but other gmail subscribers are receiving the notifications.
I asked her to unsubscribe and re-subscribe. Having done this, she is again in the subscriber list under the correct address yet is still not receiving the emails.
We’re running on WordPress.org with JetPack / WordPress.com managing the subscribers.
Any suggestions?

That’s not a WordPress.COM hosted site. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
