Subscriber Pop-Up
-
Hello. I have tried numerous ways to get the MailChimp popup to work on our site. I have done many things and nothing works. Here is some information:
1) We have a forward happening from an old site (NatureVisions.org) to new design (NatureVisions.org/Event/). The president set it to happen at the domain level.
2) I have added the Code Snippet from Mailchimp in various ways. I have used plugins for header/footer scripts, I have added the code to a text widget, etc.
Nothing works. I read through your Popup answer but I do not have that Mailchimp Popup widget anywhere nor does it state how to get that.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, it looks like naturevisions.org is hosted at GoDaddy and is using the open source WordPress software.
In general, for help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
FWIW – I see a newletter registration pop-up on that site, but it took about 10 seconds for it to appear. If you have further questions about this, you should contact Mailchimp support directly.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. More information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Best wishes.

Oh thank you so much. I had been googling and found a “solution” and it didn’t quite fit so went to ask a question. I didn’t even pay attention to which platform I was asking about. I will do that. No pop-up comes up for me so that’s interesting. haha. But maybe it is working but just not for me?
Thanks. I’ll close this.
