I have just started a blog, and have added the option for people to subscribe for email notifications of postings. People are asking me if they subscribe, will their emails be shared by the host with anyone else? They don’t want to be inundated by advertisements if they sign up for my blog. What’s Wordpad’s policy on this?

No, their emails are never shared. WordPress does not spam, nor does it sell or loan its list out to anyone who does. You can see that if you re-read the Terms of Service.
