  How do I get a subscriber sign-up box, with fill-ins for name and e-mail address on my sidebar? Is there HTML code for this?

  The site linked to your name is not a wordpress.com blog and we can’t help with it. If you have one an it is the site in question, please link it to your name instead.

  Otherwise, you can get help at wordpress.org/support. A forum sticky explains the differences.
