subscriber transfer

    I am trying to transfer email subscribers and wordpress followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I did the initial transfer myself and everything is set up on .org but my subscribers didn’t import. can you help me.

As you have several, I want to make absolutely certain it is heartabandoneddotcom.wordpress.com before I move forward.
