Subscriber updates

  the subscribers are not getting emails about the latest post i put on my blog.
  i tried by signing up myself and noticed i got no email.

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  Howdy!

  Are you referring to updates from teawithgiggles.wordpress.com? If so, it doesn’t appear as though you’re following that site from your rubabp account. You can check here:

  https://wordpress.com/following/edit/

  Could you entering your blog address in the field at the top of the page at the above URL to follow your site? That way, we’ll see if notification emails get sent for your next post.

  Additionally, could you provide an email address or two (or WordPress.com usernames) of users that are experiencing issues receiving notifications? As Timethief mentioned, the email addresses will appear as redacted, but they will be available to staff members.

  i used this e-mail address to check for updates. i subcsriped as a non-wordpress user. that way my friends would get updates. i don’t have their e-mail addresses.

  Thanks for sending over the address! It looks like you subscribed to your site with that address 5 hours ago, but your latest post was 6 hours ago so I don’t believe you would have received an update. Can you let me know if you receive the notification for your next post?

  hey its working! thanks for the help..it wasn’t giving me an update because i subscribed from the same email as my wordpress account.. alls well.. thanks! :)
