Subscriber who did not confirm the first email

    There is a person who cannot subscribe to my blog. He put his email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), in the subscription form and did not confirm it in the first email. When he resubscribes, he no longer receives the confirmation email. Is there a way to view this email list? How can that user subscribe?
