Subscriber widget

  I have had the Jetpack Subscriber widget on my blog. I’ve recently been made aware that it is not working – (1) I do not get the confirmation pop-up, (2) the subscriber does not get a confirmation email and (3) the subscriber does not get added to the blog.
  I’ve even added an additional subscriber widget and that is not working either.
  Thoughts?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
