  How do I find out who my subscribers are?

  If you use email updates from Feedburner subscriber information will be available to you for those using it http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/11/how-can-i-offer-email-updates/
  In all other cases, when subscribers use the rss feed reader of their own choice you will not have access to that information.
