  Is a subscriber with an ppoet.com a legitimate or SPAM

  Hi @bmahlerlivecom, there are more factors to spamming than the email domain, so that factor alone wouldn’t tell us whether someone’s a spammer or not. But luckily subscribe-spammers really can’t do anything to your site except follow you. So even if they are a spammer, you can leave them on the list as a subscriber.
