  Hi! Head to wordpress.com/people and you’ll find tabs for email followers, reader subscribers, etc.

  I had over 200 followers. Now I have 11. No one is getting their emails, though.

  Ah okay. So, until recently, we included your Twitter and Facebook connections in with your subscriber counts. Now it just shows those who follow by email or through our reader.

  That said, they should be getting emails. If someone isn’t, we can check on their account to be sure they’re not blocking emails, etc. You could share the first few letters of their email address so we can look them up for you.
