  I’m trying to transfer my subscribers from feedback to Jet pack. Security filters stopped process since they were triggered. Please help me with the process.

  Hi @kateshatchet , we can help with the WordPress.com side of things if you’re getting an error when adding followers here. What is the exact error message you get? Also, what kind of file are you importing?

  You may also have better luck reaching out to Jetpack support directly, since these are the forums for free-tier hosting on WordPress.com. There’s some overlap in what we do (again, we can help with anything with the WordPress.com interface) but they may have more expertise with importing followers. You can reach their paid support here, and Jetpack has a forum at WordPress.org.

  It’s the CSV file to transfer subscribers from feedback on my dashboard on WordPress to jetpack. I’ll try Jetpack forum as well. Thank you for your response.
