Subscribers?!

Hey guys,
I was wondering whether you are able to change the properties of when subscribers get email updates. I update my blog everyday, and 1) I’d like to have subscribers only receive an update to their email once a week, or even once every 2 weeks rather than everyday. Is this possible?
2) Also, I reply to some comments. Is there a way for me to disable an email notification whenever I reply to their comment? Or is that something they can opt out of on their end?
3) Is there a guide out there on wordpress for addressing this?
Just those 3 questions.

You can’t do that for your followers. They can make their own choices.See here > Discussion Settings
