  I need help transferring my subscribers to my new hosted site.

  Staff can transfer your email subscribers for you. Followers using the Reader cannot be transferred. What you must do is:
  1. install and activate JetPack;
  2. post both of the URLs into this forum thread.

  Hi there, since Jetpack ties a site’s data (stats, subscribers, etc.) to a single URL, before we transfer over your email subscribers, I’d strongly suggest you tweak your self-hosted site’s settings so they reference your domain name instead of the IP address. That way, Jetpack will collect your site’s data under your permanent URL and there are no conflicts later arising from the use of two different URLs for the same site.

  Just let me know when that’s been done and what the site’s permanent domain name is.
