  I have some people who have a WordPress blog who subscribe to my website. However, their blogs are no longer in office for several years. How removed from my mailing list ?

  You may remove a follower by going to My Site > People and clicking the remove link next to their name. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-unsubscribe-someone-from-my-blog?replies=3#post-2486958
