  Hi there,

  That is a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. Self-hosted sites cannot show the WordPress.com share button, as they are not on our system.

  However, the Jetpack plugin includes a blog subscription widget people can use to follow your site. First make sure you have Jetpack widgets enabled under Jetpack ->Settings in your WP-Admin dashboard. Then go to Appearance ->Widgets to add the widget to your site.
