  Hi! I have added a widget for people to subscribe to my page as well as a ‘follow-me-button’. However they don´t work. I have friends who signed up for subscription and still nothing. I have 3 followers and after that both stopped working. My friend got an email to say the subscription was ok, but still it doesn´t show on my page. What to do?

  Hi, as staff I can check on each account to see whether they’re blocking the emails or whether the email is being rejected by their mail provider. Do you want to share a few of the affected email addresses? Only staff will be able to see them.

  Hmm, the first one doesn’t seem properly subscribed to your site — not under that address at least. There’s a pending subscription under another address that may belong to them.

  The second one has a pending, unconfirmed subscription.

  For my husband; (email visible only to moderators and staff) I helped him myself. He got an email he needed to confirm and we did that. Still not on the list. Regarding my daughter (email visible only to moderators and staff) she says that she even didn´t get the confirmation email. Should I add another widget for subscription? We have tried both the little “follow-me-button” and the one where you put in your email directly. Hard to get any followers this way…

  He got an email he needed to confirm and we did that. Still not on the list.

  Can you try once more and confirm once more? It’s not showing as confirmed here.

  The second address was never added.
