First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Hey there,
Ok, can you tell me what browser is in use along with the extensions please?
Can you also tell me if this is happening with another browser please?
Many thanks.
-
Hi Aleone89,
It’s happening with safari and chrome, with my computer and somebody else’s.
-
Hello there,
Many thanks!
Can you tell me if there’s any ad blocking software at play please?
-
-
Ad blocking software runs in apps or browsers and it prevents you from being displayed the ads on that given page that you’re looking at.

I see you have mentioned two saparate issues, and if that is OK I would like to look at those one at a time in case they are caused by separate things. Let’s start here:
I’ve just realized that I can’t see the latest subscribers on the ‘followers’ pages
You are looking at which page? Here? https://wordpress.com/people/email-followers/ruixat.wordpress.com
Or here? https://wordpress.com/people/followers/ruixat.wordpress.com
One shows you people who follow you via email, the other shows people who follow you via their WordPress.com account. Who is the person you are looking for? do you know their username or email address so we can check on our end? Thanks for the additional info!
-
Hi again,
I am looking both. For instance, I’m looking for (email visible only to moderators and staff)
It doesn’t appear on the email followers list.
-
Hi there,
I see that you invited that one to follow your site but then deleted the invite. Please send the invite once more.
-
That one is myself through another email account. The problem is that when people fill in the subscriber, they do not appear on neither list, nor they receive the confirming email. I will invite myself once again, but no success.
-
Hello there,
they do not appear on neither list, nor they receive the confirming email. I will invite myself once again, but no success.
With the email mentioned above, I can see this invite was successfully sent.
Are there any spam inboxes or filters that may be blocking that from being received? The reason why I ask is because it looks like @xtec.cat is a custom email address.
-
How can I know if there are any spam inboxes or filters that may be blocking from being received? Actually, I have other followers with the domain xtec.cat
-
It’s best to check the Spam/Junk folders or look for any other filtered folders you may have in your inbox.
As @aleone89 mentioned above, the invitation email you sent to yourself was delivered without any issues so, if you do not see it in your inbox, it must have landed in another folder.
If you’ve sent the invitation to someone else and they told you they didn’t receive the email, please let us know their address, and we’ll have a look at our logs.If folks subscribe via email, they need to confirm the subscription before they start receiving any notifications and before you’ll see them on your follower’s list.
-
Great, thanks a lot.
By the way, there’s another issue which I can’t understand. It happens that I’m having 27 followers so far, whereas if you visit my home page you’ll see you can subscribe to my blog to join 190 other users. Where are the 163 users?
-
Hello there,
The extra followers are from connected platforms like Twitter and Facebook. :)
