subscribers and followers

    Moving subscribers and followers from .com to ,org

    I’ve already paid to move info from .com to .org but did not get the subscribers.. how do I get this done. The .org forum said this would come from here… the wp.com

    Please help, so I can get my stuff all together.
    delinda-blog.com is my wp.com
    delindalayne.com is the .org site

    Yes I do have jetpack installed
