Subscribers Are Gone!

I recentlyb changed the name of my blog from http://www.theclubatosu.wordpress.com to http://www.theohiostateuniversitycfacultyclub.wordpress.com and my subscribers did not follow with the change. I posted a comment about this and then someone did help me with transfering them over. Although now they are all gone a gain and it is showing that I ahve just posted my first post on the http://www.ohiostatefacultyclub.wordpress.com rather than the 22 posts I had on the http://www.theclubatosu.wordpress.com page.
How can I get all of my subscribers and past notifications back?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
