subscribers are not getting emails

  hi,
  many of our subscribers are complaining that they are no longer receiving emails when we update the blog. is there anything we can do to make sure our blog readers can actually read our blog?

  Thanks for reporting this to us! Do you know if your readers are receiving a blank email or if they’re receiving no email at all?

  For those who’ve reported receiving no email, could they check their Spam/Junk mail folders? Do you know about how many people are experiencing this problem?

  Some of both: some are not getting emails at all and others are catching them in their SPAM…Did you guys update your email notification process lately?

  For the subscribers whose email notifications are being sent to Spam, can you ask them to whitelist “@wordpress.com” so our emails go through to their inbox?

  I’ve also just sent you a private ticket regarding the others so we can take a closer look at what may be happening with these subscribers in particular.
