Subscribers are not receiving notifications

My subscribers are not receiving notifications. They get the email saying click here to subscribe once they do a screen shows their registered but it doesn’t show under my stats as followers and the don’t receive updates
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
